    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am trying to use my data included in my plan but when I turn the Data on and restart my cell phone (in case), it just doesn't connect the data network at all.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My phone is a Wiko Y61 the sim card Public Mobile is a a micro SIM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I see that I am connect to the public mobile network, call and SMS work great.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
