      <title>Problem in incoming calls</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What's going on guys? 3 days before i switch my service provider from chatr to public. I did the activation by myself not receiving incoming calls. I chat couple of times with simon raised a complaint got the ticket number. some one will be calling within 48 hours? No one called me yet? worst customer service its so much irritating&lt;/P&gt;</description>

There is a 90 minute window for you to reply.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you missed this step, contact the SIMon chat button by typing in create a ticket so the CSAgent will look into it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If not porting over, try powering off the phone and wait a few minutes then power back on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
