      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/142391"&gt;@RezaT&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;was the phone used for a different provider?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;can you make sure you only have the APN settings for public mobile and delete the others.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;then reset your network settings&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;can you try installing your own sim on the phone and then test the MMS. if it works then look at the APN settings and copy it exactly on the other sim when you reinstall it&lt;/P&gt;</description>
