      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/205172"&gt;@Wilbor69&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I have sent you a number in the Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Call the number and ask them if the porting was completed.&amp;nbsp; Likely not, they will have to retrigger the process.&amp;nbsp; You will have to put your Lucky SIM in a phone to receive a text and reply YES within 90 mins&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, since the porting was not successful, very likely your Lucky account is still open at the moment.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let us know how it turns out&lt;/P&gt;</description>
