      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I can't receive calls/SMS on an OPPO phone.&amp;nbsp; I have done all the things suggested by Public and Oppo websites in order to fix this (e.g. restart phone, check blocking/forwarding etc.) but it's not working. I can make calls and send SMS so seems to be only a matter of receiving.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If it works then it is not a SIM card/account problem but an issue with your OPPO phone. You might want to try a factory reset if it is.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Can you recieve texts and calls now? This is a work around for a separate issue that has recently cropped up.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
