@carolynheff What happens if you try to add that promo code now after logging into your account? Under "Plan Details"?

Otherwise you need to contact customer support either via chatbot bubble bottom right of this screen and follow prompts to submit a ticket or send a private message to CS_Agent by clicking the envelope icon top right and ask for the bonus data to be added to your account as a gesture of goodwill.

Existing customers cannot add the code for this promotion using the self serve system. It doesn't allow it.
