@Karimmak you got any error message? if so, what exactly was that??

you have successfully setup the CC on the system? If a credit card is already on the system, it shouldn't be too much trouble to pay.

Do you have a credit card registered on your account?

If so, try calling 611 to make a payment.

Open a tab in incognito mode to access your Self Serve, this may help with finicky websites.
