      <title>When is my data usage cycle?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I don't see clear cycle period information or dates mentioned on the &lt;SPAN class="xrm-attribute xrm-editable-text"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="xrm-attribute-value"&gt;Data &amp;amp; Add-On Usage page.The only thing mentioned there is "In-plan data expires at the end of your renewal cycle". &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="xrm-attribute xrm-editable-text"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="xrm-attribute-value"&gt;But then I can't find for sure when my renewal cycle is. Clicking on &lt;A href="https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/Overview/plan-and-Add-ons/ChangePlanLandingPage/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Plan Details&lt;/A&gt; link always shows this message " &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Oh no! &lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;It looks like something went wrong, but don’t panic. &lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Log out and then log back in again to continue. Or return to the &lt;A href="https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Login Page&lt;/A&gt;" and following this instruction again and again does not change anything.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The only dates I can find specified on the Public website that might be related is on the Overview page under Available Funds saying "Payment Due Before: Sep 28, 2021"&amp;nbsp; and under Auto Pay saying "You are currently registered for dynamic Autopay,&lt;SPAN class="bold"&gt;Next Payment Taken:&lt;/SPAN&gt; Sep 28, 2021"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Should I assume my renewal cycle and data usage cycle starts 28 and ends 27 each month?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I think that information should be easier to figure out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/62484"&gt;@RossRoss&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;if your next payment date is&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Sep 28, 2021, your current cycle date start 30 days before that, August 29&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;you can also confirm the day by going to the Transaction History page on My Account and check the last payment date&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Please note one thing, PM is running on 30 days cycle , so the cycle date keep changing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;for your issue&amp;nbsp; &lt;SPAN class="xrm-attribute xrm-editable-text"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="xrm-attribute-value"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Oh no!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;It looks like something went wrong, but don’t panic.&lt;/STRONG&gt;,&amp;nbsp; there has been quiet some browser related issue lately.&amp;nbsp; Try to use :&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;1. a different browser (Edge/Chrome/Firefox)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;2. Incognito Mode or InPrivate mode&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;3. clear cache and restart the browser&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;4. try on another computer and phone&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Since the cycle is every 30 days the payment date and data reset date will be different each month. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To see your plan details, the website is finicky at times. &amp;nbsp;Try a different web browser, clear cache or incognito. &amp;nbsp;Sometimes use a different device.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
