My notification started not showing up a couple of weeks ago and now all of a sudden I'm not receiving my phone calls either. Please help.

Are you asking about Community website notfications or notifications on your phone about incoming messages, updates, calls, etc.?

what is mean for Rebooting the phone means to turn off your phone about 2 minutes and turn it back on.

did you try reboot your phone?

Notifications from apps installed on your phone?

Log into your self-serve account to see if your account is "active". If not, make a manual one-time payment necessary to reactivate service.

Try dialing *611 to see what messaging occurs. If you have a payment card registered, you can also make payment through this process.

Worst-case scenario (but unlikely) your device may have been blacklisted. Check here:

I am curious what you mean by notifications, texts, other?

Is your DND turned on (Do Not Disturb feature) ? Check your phone's settings.

Also, try a RESET of your Network Settings.
