      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/180779"&gt;@tonysuhua1001&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;you have used PM for some time, right?&amp;nbsp; if so, I assume incoming calls&amp;nbsp; were working fine and just happened lately?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;did you try reboot your phone?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If reboot does not work, try reseat the sim (power down, take the sim out and wipe it clean, put it back and power up).&amp;nbsp; Yes, it's personal experience, I had it once and regular reboot didn't resolved the issue until I reseated the SIM&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
