    <description>&lt;P&gt;Would be helpful if you provide us which province and area you are at.&amp;nbsp; Also, did you try different area in your city or is this issue isolated to a particular location?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;do you have a second phone to test out the PM SIM?&amp;nbsp; or you have another SIM to test out the phone?&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Would be helpful to do this to confirm if it is a phone issue or a SIM/service issue&lt;/P&gt;</description>
