    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/203691"&gt;@User26&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;So, you were trying to remove the card so it won't renew for another cycle?&amp;nbsp; and it got renewed (hence you still have service now?)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It might be hard to ask for refund if you didn't take off your card or stop the Autopay properly.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;You properly have to show them you did everything correctly.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;You can try to open a ticket with PM and see what they say.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I took my card off so my payment couldn’t automatically come out and it did when I didn’t want it to. How do I change that and get the funds back? I took it off so it didn’t come out&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
