      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, When I activated my account, I had trouble and it did not work 3 times.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On the 4th time, it worked. However, they charged me 4 times 45,99 on my Credit card and reimbursed me only 2 times. So I ended up paying twice the amount i was supposed to.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't see any contact number to call, it creates an error when I tried to create an help ticket and now am creating this message, so hopefully it can be resolve.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't know who to call and how. Can someone help me please. Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
