      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/202931"&gt;@ajdick&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;What is showing as Available Fund on your My Account?&amp;nbsp; Just want to confirm if you have only loaded fund and haven't really buy the add-on yet.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You said you have purchased "twice", if you see the Available Fund has a dollar amount there equals total of both transactions, it's actually good in your case because you haven't buy the add-on yet.&amp;nbsp; You would need to go back to buy them using the available fund there tomorrow&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, if you see $0 as Available fund and you have really purchased the wrong Add-on , you will need to open ticket with PM to try to ask them to change it back to the add-on you want.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
