      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/203050"&gt;@Dan21&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; Look like Autopay failed&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;can you logon to My Account, Payment tab and click on One Time Payment.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;try to pick Amount Due and see if you can pay.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If fails , then try the option&amp;nbsp; &lt;STRONG&gt;Other (Enter the desired payment amount)&lt;/STRONG&gt; and enter the Plan Amount+$1 extra and see if it goes through&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="softech_0-1629729392297.png"&gt;&lt;img src="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/skins/images/9F5A6D6F16DC1E09D23CACD48522F83C/responsive_peak/images/image_not_found.png" alt="softech_0-1629729392297.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once the payment goes through, click on "Reactivate Current plan " button if you see one.&amp;nbsp; Logout My Account and reboot your phone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Suspend your service. Log out/in. Resume. Your plan should automatically reactivate. Log out and reboot.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Edit:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Need a card for the $2 autopay reward only? I can help with that....private message me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
