    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;Hi,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;My monthly data&amp;nbsp; have been fully consumed and no longer available for use.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;There is also 2.5GB of free add-on DATA available in my account.&lt;BR /&gt;I think data should automatically go to add-on data, right?&lt;BR /&gt;But now my data cannot be used.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Kim&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
