I just bought a refurbished LGK61 and the sound on it is so poor I can barely hear it. How do I return it and can I get my money back?

Hello @caddypm ,

Just to trouble shoot before you return it...

Are you able to try another person's working SIM card into this phone, and see if the sounds i better?
