IMEI numbers are usually 15 or 17 digits long. Usually, the last 2 digits are just the check digits.

Either way, there's really no reason to use IMEI number for porting. It's asking for trouble. Don't bother with the PIN either. In my opinion, there are only very rare cases that either of those should be use, and it's really just a fallback.

Just log into your Freedom Mobile self-serve account and copy and past your Freedom account number when porting into Public Mobile.

I have porting 2 Freedom Mobile/WIND number to Public Mobile already, but I found the issue when "Transfer a wireless or wireline number from Public Mobile or another provider" in "Old Service Provider Equipment Serial Number", which did not support more than 18 numbers. But my SIM card equipment serial number has 19 numbers.

My solution is add "Old Service Provider Equipment Serial Number" with 19 numbers in "Additional Notes:". It works.
