    <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/202329"&gt;@Thewilliams&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Public mobile is a DIY, self service type of mobile company. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As mentioned above, you can change the SIM card/phone from your self service account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do you have a new unused PM SIM card? &amp;nbsp;new phone yet? &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once you have those two items above, you can switch the SIM card number from your self service account. &amp;nbsp;PM will send you a confirmation email for 2 factor authorization for SIM card changes.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Announcements/SIM-Swap-Fraud-2-factor-authentication/m-p/704175#M51139" target="_blank"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Announcements/SIM-Swap-Fraud-2-factor-authentication/m-p/704175#M51139&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I lost my phone and sim card. went to Public mobil 2 times at wal mart where I bought phone and they said thay cannot help me.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;WHAT IS THAT!!!!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You can then put this SIM card in your new phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

However, I am assuming that you're also saying that they wouldn't sel you a SIM card. This is because they don't make a commission off that.&amp;nbsp; Also, stafff that run the mobile department at Walmart locations aren't Walmart employees, The counter also isn't ran by Public Mobile.&amp;nbsp; All you can really do is buy a SIM card from another retail location or order a SIM card online. There was a time, that Public Mobile SIM cards and activation servcies weren't available at stores. Back then, the only option for a replacement SIM card was to get one online. For these reasons, I believe that it's a good idea for all customers to always have a spare SIM card.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
