Or were you a customer previously that this message all of a sudden started?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#0000FF"&gt;EDIT:&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#0000FF"&gt;To add to&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/132611"&gt;@JK8&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; if the device is locked.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#0000FF"&gt;Contact your previous provider to unlock it for you. You will need your imei number, dial *#06# to get it.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#0000FF"&gt;Test this by putting the SIM card into another compatible Public Mobile phone and see if you have services.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If all else fails I had it happen once where it stoped working for about eight hours (while I was driving across the country)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I swapped it to a different phone - no luck.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Pick it up in the morning - worked fine.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
