Did you make a manual payment to top up your account? Click reactivate? Doesh't sound like it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How much is your plan? If you have a $10 account balance in your available funds you need to add the difference between your plan amount and the $10. So if you have the $15 plan you need to add $5 by choosing "other " amount option on the payment page then confirm and submit the payment. It should automatically renew your service. ( I prefer to add an extra $1 so I would add $6 instead of $5.)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it doesn't go to the plans or usage page. Click on lost/stolen. Suspend. Log out/in. Resume your service. Your account should now be active. Reboot if necessary.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The card that my autopay is linked to got renew and unfortunately it was around my payment date. I got notified by Public Mobile that they did not receive my payment.&amp;nbsp; I activated my new card and reactivated my account on July 26, 2021 but my service is still not running.&amp;nbsp; Would you kindly activate my account? There is currently a balance of $10 in the account.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Pat&lt;/P&gt;</description>
