HTTP Error 403.14 - Forbidden

Hello,

When trying to see and change my plan I navigate to the change plan section of the self serve website. Once there I can not see current plan or options I could change to. When I click try out more options I get the following error:

HTTP Error 403.14 - Forbidden The Web server is configured to not list the contents of this directory.

Am I doing something wrong, or is there something else going on?

It works for me without issue

PM My account site has some issue lately, try a different browser like Edge/Firefox/Chrome

Or you can try Incognito mode or clear cache.

Thanks. I did not think to try Incognito mode. That made it work.
