      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/106744"&gt;@Vbalmeo&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;did you just join PM?&amp;nbsp; and did you request Porting your old phone number?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;this is normal before porting request is fully completed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you did request porting,&amp;nbsp; did you get a text from your old provider? and did you reply YES within 90 mins?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
