Check your payment history to see if your plan amount has been charged.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Edit: After you add a top up to your account balance by choosing "other amount". A manual top up to cover the new plan amount is recommended when upgrading your plan.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
