      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/201096"&gt;@gordanai&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just to check - you're referring to &lt;STRONG&gt;AutoPay&lt;/STRONG&gt;, right?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Have you completely removed the payment method before re-adding it?&amp;nbsp; What triggers that message?&amp;nbsp; Be sure that the billing address matches and that all your information is correctly filled in.&amp;nbsp; What happens if you try another payment card?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can always use vouchers in the meantime.&amp;nbsp; After adding a card, you can manually do a $1 top-up to see if that's successful or not.&amp;nbsp; If you can provide us with more info, we may have a better idea what else is going on.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
