This helps determine whether hardware issue vrs PM service problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A few other things to try:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Toggle airplane mode on then off&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Remove SIM card and put back in&lt;/P&gt;</description>
