Website maintenance?

Hi, looks like the self serve website is down for maintenance. Anyone know if this is planned maintenance and how long it will last for? I wanted to add some long distance minutes to my plan but depending on the length of the downtime, I may have to figure something else out.

Yes, it looks down. I have tried a few different browsers as well.

I can't imagine it should be too long, as PM usually notifies of any length of 'down time'.

Try calling 611 to see what addon options may be available for you.

OR, if you are in a pinch, contact CSA to add them for you.

Sometimes it can be as long as 4 to 6 hours but that would be starting around midnight. I wouldnt expect this to last any longer than an hour at most.

3 dots upper right of whichever post you don't want and undo solution. Then select the post you want.

I've been trying to pay for my service, which has now been suspended, meaning a) I am not getting people's messages and b) they don't know I'm not getting their messages and so I'll never know they messaged me and they won't know why I'm not responding. **bleep**ing awesome. At first the page said it was down for maintenance. Now it's back up, but when I go to pay, the buttons don't work.

If you're going to take the website down and then **bleep**ing break it, maybe have a grace period so customers can still have phone service while we're waiting for you to get your **bleep** together?

That brings up a question. If my phone is off , How long do texts that have been sent remain available for delivery on PM's server ? I know with Rogers it used to be 4-5 days . 🤔

What ever they did sure slowed down reaction time on my computer .

@barndoor For Telus it's 5 days
