I'm using a BlackBerry Keyone and it works great on Public Mobile.

Prior to that I was using a BlackBerry Q10 and it also works great on Public Mobile.

Public Mobile doesn't offer $20 towards a new phone. It's a BYOD carrier, with some optional offers for pre-owned phones. What are you referring to?
