I think the only way to deal with this is submit a ticket and ask CSA why this would be happening.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Care to share what Public Mobile said when this happened the first time?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you checked everything is up-to-snuff with your credit card company?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Keep on the Customer Support Agents to see what they can tell you about why this could be happening.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Good luck!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
