not monthly.

PM is 30 day service. So every month that has 31 days will move your renewal day back a day so if it was today August 5th next month it will be Sept 4th. Which also means your payment is due before 11:59:59 pm eastern on Sept. 3rd as your service renews at the stroke of midnight on Sept 4th. Your next renewal will be Oct. 4th then Nov. 3rd and Dec. 3rd and so on....but February it will bump forward 2 days or if it's a leap year by 1 day.

Configure your phone's data tracker for 30 days when months have 31 days.....for better accuracy.

@shawna069 Maybe just one day earlier than you thought? Or you haven't check every month and just notice the day different than you thought

Keep in mind PM is running on a 30 days cycle. so, the days keep changing.

For example, if your initial activation date (or last time you notice they took money out) was on March 5,

next couple cycle renewal dates would be : April 4, May 4, Jun 3, July 3, Aug 2
