You can buy top ups from recharge.com and ding.com for a fee. Canadian Cell Supplies sometimes offers 10% off PM vouchers that arrive a few hours later in your email. More info can be found here along with real examples of vouchers....

It depends where you buy your vouchers. In Alberta a $20 voucher is $21 w/tax. BC=$22.40, Ont=$22.60, Maritimes =$23, Quebec =$22.95 and I believe all of the territories are the same as Alberta, Saskatchewan =$22.20 and Manitoba is the same as BC.
