Registered with Autopay

There is a $25 balance in account.

On Aug 12 will my balance be $2.00?

And my new cycle begins Aug 11 or 12

just checking for clarification on how the system should work.

@Koombassi : Assuming no other rewards...$2. The pay before date at the top is the new term start.

when sign up with public mobile for plan $25 the charges you and the put for you for autopay the put it for you the $2 for the rewards for the autopay and for next cycle you will take $25 for plan and minus $2 i don't know if you getting a refer a friend code you will revice with 72hr a $10 bunns for one time you will see the tatal you have a $12 credit and for your plan $25 you will pay for next cycle just $11 plus tax and for the second next cycle you will pay $23 plus tax

Keep in mind that the time in your self serve account is Eastern Standard Time. If you live in West Canada make sure to convert the time. It is possible your account will renew on the 10th

Yes. On Aug 11 after payment
With auto-pay your next payment will be $21 plus taxes.
Payments come from balance first, then auto pay.

And my new cycle begins Aug 11 or 12
August 11. Then your My Account will show your next payment due.

Is also handy to take your calendar app and make an entry on August 11 Koombassi PM payment due. Then have it repeat every 30 days. Then search your calendar for “Koombassi PM payment due” and screen print it to refer to for payment schedule.

@Koombassi Yes, you will have $2 left after the next renewal as mentioned above. During renewal, the system adds all rewards to the account balance and then subtracts the total plan cost. If you don't have any balance or not enough, it takes the sufficient payment from added credit card if available. If not available or any issue with payment system, renewal fails.
