      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/200034"&gt;@tomorrow&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; did you buy the roaming plan yet?&amp;nbsp; Remember buying Add-ons is a 2 steps process, load fund and actual buying.&amp;nbsp; Many missed Step 2 and the fund sitting as Available Fund&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have bough the add-ons, you should see it as part of the My Add-On items on My Account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Make sure you enable Allow Roaming Data and try to connect to either T-Mobile or AT&amp;amp;T&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It would be nice to have a PDF manual for travellers to take with them, would it not be?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Especially if the US add on you purchased does not work and you just have to make a little tweak.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
