    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I am frustrated with your change plan link not working on the website.&amp;nbsp; I've been trying to change for months now but when i click on 'change plan' linkt it brings me to a page with the 'current plan' and 'new plan' sections but there is nothing displayed in those sections.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm considering leaving public mobile because of this problem.&amp;nbsp; I've recommended this service to several people but the lack of support is frustrating.&amp;nbsp; I just want to change my plans, why is that not working???&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance for any help.&amp;nbsp; Please convince me I should stay on as a customer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/171488"&gt;@buckshot44&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You may also find that when these plan choices are not displaying under the Change Plan tab, that means Public Mobile is updating their website (doing 'behind the scenes' work).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is always temporary and usually resolves the next day.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sometimes it also means they are putting together new plan options... but don't hold your breath.&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":face_with_rolling_eyes:"&gt;🙄&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Try using a different browser (Chrome/Edge/Firefox).&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Try Incognito Mode or InPrivate mode&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. Try to clear browser cache.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4. Try access from another machine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've tried incognito, cleared cache, rebooted, different browsers without luck.&amp;nbsp; It does appear to work on my phone though, so maybe that's just how I have to manage it.&amp;nbsp; Not great, but I think I can work with it and now I can change my plan.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks for your help and quick responses.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Deep breath and a bran muffin.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
