      <title>Handset + SIM Order still not received</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello PM community,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I recently ordered a refurbished handset and SIM card from the Public Mobile website on July 26. 10 Business days have passed and I have not received and email letting me know my device has shipped and I have not received the device.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone have any experience on the time it takes PM or their logistics partner to put two items in a box and ship it?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any insight or guidance would be most appreciated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

For faster response (2 to 48 hours), Click on the bubble in the lower right corner and request CSA assistance, or you can also use this direct link instead &lt;A href="https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot&lt;/A&gt;.
