Not Able to Change Plan

I have old plan and wanted to add more data/change plan but not able to from self serve.

If I click to see current plan:

Oh no!
It looks like something went wrong, but don’t panic.

Log out and then log back in again to continue. Or return to the Login Page

Change plan not giving any option and If I click "Try out more options" I get this message

Error Summary HTTP Error 403.14 - Forbidden The Web server is configured to not list the contents of this directory.

@mensel : Sometimes the site gets into a bit of a mood. Try another browser. My Firefox did the same thing. But Chrome worked fine. Or try incognito/privacy mode.

Edit: Read things carefully. There are choices to be made.

Try again in a few minutes to an hour. Sometimes site gets a bit buggy.

edit...I just tried it, using Firefox....works ok for me out west.

Trying on a different device may work as well.

It would help to clean browser's cashe or use another browser.
