      <description>&lt;P&gt;Two things to point out.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. where is the phone from and was contract paid off with new tab structure at all carriers they can “temp blacklist devices if used on another carrier”&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Can you try another sim from another company perhaps a friends sim and if it read that one it is possible you have a defective provisioning. That is a backend provision from PM that they would have to resend.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
