I sense that this customer is perhaps ESL. I sense they aren't too familiar with phones and the system. So individual questions need to be asked in an attempt to walk them through what problem they're having.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Again...what are we here for if all we ever do is direct everybody to the mods for every question. That's always the right answer! But what are we here for then?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here's us: refresh, new question, reply, ask mods. Refresh, refresh, refresh, new question, reply, ask mods.
