Type &lt;STRONG&gt;device return&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="lia-indent-padding-left-30px"&gt;2. click on &lt;STRONG&gt;Contract Us&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="lia-indent-padding-left-30px"&gt;3. click on &lt;STRONG&gt;Click here to submit a ticket&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="lia-indent-padding-left-30px"&gt;4. Then logon with your &lt;STRONG&gt;Community Username&lt;/STRONG&gt; and &lt;STRONG&gt;Password&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp; and follow the rest of the page&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;(After you open a ticket with mod, please monitor your Community inbox, envelope on the top right.&amp;nbsp; Mod will communicate with you via messaging within Community)&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
