      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/197884"&gt;@Chiara2006&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; Yes, it's not bad to open a ticket with Mod first.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;While waiting for Mod's response, I might try paying again with the card on the system after an hour.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it still fails, you can really for the mod's answer or you can try to use "Replace my card" option to try another credit card (or even re-enter the current credit card again)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let us know how it turns out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
