It was working before and just not working today?&amp;nbsp; or it never work?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any chance you got a new phone and it only not working on your new phone?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;did you check If Mobile Data is set to on or off ? how about Airplane mode?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Incoming calls and outgoing calls both working?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What kind of phone is yours? brand and model?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Can you check your overview page under My Data &amp;amp; Add-ons for a line mentioning data? Or if you know your 4 digit PIN can you check the quantity remaining in the 611 service?
