    <description>&lt;P&gt;i tried to reboot once more and still no luck&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;tried accessing when holding key 1 on keypad, and it does not work&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;works when calling directly number VM # 778-581-4001&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;how can i resolve this? or reprogram the phone number on key number 1&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;i just upgraded my phone and now voicemail is not working anymore&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;this is what i get when i call voice mail&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"your call cannot completed as dial&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;check number and try again&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;or call *611 for support"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;please help&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You need to set one of those voicemail access numbers in your phone for call forwarding and to access it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

On my Samsung A31 on Android 11 open the dialer, 3 dots upper right, Settings, Voicemail, Voicemail number.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
