      <description>&lt;P&gt;if you logon to My Account and you see it suspended?&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;did you try paying manually and did it work?&amp;nbsp; If so, click "Reactivate your plan" and try to reboot your phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
