      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/196728"&gt;@nadiaali11&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;, did you try to manually added fund?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you go to My Account, do you see some amount on Available Fund?&amp;nbsp; or is Available Fund still showing $0?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you go to My Account-&amp;gt;Transaction History , do you see 2 different entries to confirm the double charges?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you see the extra charge appear as Available Fund, then no worry, the money is there.&amp;nbsp; It could stay there for your next month renewal if you want.&amp;nbsp; Or of course, you can open a ticket with Mod to try to get the refund back, but it could take a week or two.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Does the extra charge show as available funds in self serve?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do you possibly have another pm account that is tied to your credit card?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
