Can you be a bit more specific? New account or existing? Only available for new accounts w/ minimum $35 plan AFAIK.

What have you tried so far? Have you contacted mods for help?

Those steps are not specific terms of the promotion other than the rate plan($35+).

When did you activate? It takes up to two days for it to be added to your account. You will find it on the right side of your overview page under "my promotions". If it has been longer than two days then contact the moderators to inquire.

Edit: ....and activate online but you wouldn't be able to add the promocode if you activated in-store.

true.. got confused with the latest 2GB promote and the one that supposed to be on for months. They are the same promo code, right? just the difference is the latest one is more formal with the steps about submit email address first., right?

Yes its the same promocode and originally it had the email sign up if you wanted the promocode emailed to you which is how I still read this announcement....as an if rather than a requirement to get the promotion.
