I am trying to replace my credit card and I believe I tried too many times (using incorrect methods) and locked myself out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried 5-6 times and eventually landed on this (from &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/96576"&gt;@darlicious&lt;/a&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Reboot your device.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Clear your browser, use secret/incognito mode in firefox, chrome or safari.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Choose replace card rather than remove card.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Copy your address from your billing statement.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Add your apt/unit/suite # to the street address. ie. 101-123 1ST AVE W, CITY, PROV.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Do not put a space in the postal code. X0X0X0 not X0X 0X0.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;USE ALL CAPS if necessary.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Do not use autofill. Type everything manually.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But upon further reading have probably locked myself out (thus it is still not working).       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/196417"&gt;@alexrobin13&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have tried 5 or 6 times with the same card then you likely have triggered the fraud lock and must contact the moderators to remove it. To make things easier just get them to add the new card for you. Once done make a payment to make sure the payment goes thru without a hitch and it won't cause an autopay failure.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
