    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a problem with my password not being recognised when I get a ticket to get help from a moderator.&amp;nbsp; It happened in the past and I was only able to get help through&amp;nbsp; a friend on this system and the moderator told me to access my account incognito.&amp;nbsp; I that instance it helped.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried three times to access a moderator through the access that appears to be permitted sidestepping the ticket procedure but have had no response so I guess I misunderstood that it would be a source of help.&amp;nbsp; I simply want personal contact with a moderator.&amp;nbsp; I don't want to be required to do all the trouble shooting on my own through all the community emails.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I do hope there is a moderator viewing this who will undertake to help me one on one.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks so much,&lt;/P&gt;</description>
