400 Long distace addon dissappeared

So I joined from freedom yesterday and today my plan was adjusted to 12 GB just as expected. However, the addon I purchased before the change is now gone. I can see the $15 transaction history, and checked after I bought it so I'm quire certain its because of the adjustment.

I realize I probably should have waited for the adjustment before buying addons, but I'm currently out of province so I needed the long distance calls.

The mods shoudl be able to get this fixed in teh morning.

send a mod your email and phone number and the issue and they will fix you up.

If its urgent you might need to buy the addon again and likley get a credit in your account for your next renewal.

Without the addon if you are away from your home province calls can be made to the province you are in but you, wont be able to recieve calls. see my post below for a more detailed explanation.

fongo.com or hangout dialer are also stopgap options.

I think you said the other way. You should be able to receive calls but cant make calls.

@giridharandey, @pratchak I'm pretty sure what i wrote was correct but I reworded it just in case.

Here is a summary of the provinicial calling: from the KB

There is a lot of confusion about Province wide calling, but I can summarize it here:

When in your province:
1. All calls made within your province are free
2. All calls received from anywhere are free
3. Any calls made to anywhere outside your province require a long distance add-on
When outside your province
1. Calls made to whichever province you are in are free
2. You wil not receive calls unless you have a long distance add-on
  1. You will be charged for each minute of incoming call
