Was it my page not rendered properly or inbox really got a new look?

if it is a new look.. i don't think I like it...

@softech : lol I noticed it too 🙂 I was just writing up something about it.

I also don't like the additional clutter of the Recommendations area.

@David_J : Please implement the far more useful "replied to" line that other Khoros sites have ie. ebay community. The private messaging re-do and this recommendations area are merely cosmetic...not useful. Please. The data is there. The Oracles can see it. It just needs to be inserted into the post.

Public mobile is actively changing the look and function of this website. It is a slow process.

I guess that this is one cosmetic change. Other changes to come in the next several months.

I don't think it renders properly for me.. tried on Chrome and Edge

my list of message on the left... i don't see much other than the Avatar.. There are certainly lots of space on both sides but I CAN'T resize to make it bigger... anyone has the same issue?

yes, I am checking on a computer browser.. but Edge and Chrome the same way.

lol me too. I guess the sizing wasn't coming out right so they retracted and back to the drawing board. They need to be aware of mobile and desktop.

And they dropped recommendations.

I can't believe that they don't have a back up system to make changes on and do a test before a roll out. I worked for a huge retailer and was a systems guy....nothing went live until it was tested...thoroughly. And when we did we only rolled it out to one site before the rest.

obviously , they don't have a PAT system. .go through Service Now request and no one signed off..

After all , nothing better than a production test!! (and they got live tester like me screams right a way!!!) LoL

I just called over 2 calls for over an hour and just wanted to verify the charge if any on my $15 account. NONE as expected.

But the USAGE screen summary appears to be new.
