      <description>&lt;P&gt;are outgoing calls working?&amp;nbsp; just incoming failed?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;try reseating your SIM (power off, remove sim, wipe it clean and put everything back)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if still fails, try to change the network to &lt;STRONG&gt;3G Only&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp; and see if incoming calls working again&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
